Accessing or enquiring about services at Burke and Beyond is simple and easy to do. Our trained and friendly staff are available to assist you in finding and planning services or supports which meet your needs and interests. We provide an easy, timely, fair, non- discriminatory process which aims at ensuring you get the services you are looking for. Simply contact us directly in person, have someone contact us on your behalf and/ or send us an email/ referral so we can assist. If we are unable to provide services or assist with your request, we will help you to find a more appropriate service.
 
To be eligible for our services we use the following criteria to assist us:
  • a person has allocated funding
  • there is a profile and clear information regarding their needs
  • suitability for available programs
  • the mix of existing participants
  • the ability to take on new participants
