Feedback, whether a comment, compliment or complaint provides us with an opportunity to learn, acknowledge and/ or make improvments to the things we do. We encourage you to provide us feedback, and if you believe that Burke and Beyond staff are doing something which is not fair or wrong,  then to let us know so we can do something about it.

If you make a complaint we will make sure that it is treated seriously, something is done about it, you are treated respectfully and that speaking out does not impact on you in a negative or bad way.

If you want to make a complaint, or provide us feedback, you can write us a letter/email, complete a suggestion form or speak with staff at Burke and Beyond.  When we receive feedback, we will let you know we received it and discuss with you how and what we will do with it. If it is a complaint, and after we have reviewed the situation,  together we can discuss the outcome.

If you are unhappy with the outcome or wish to take your complaint to the state department you can contact the Disability Services Commissioner at:
