At The Leadership group consist of the CEO, the Quality Advisor, the Community Services Manager and the Service Coordinators. This group drives the service delivery and the policies and procedures across the organisation. The main point of contact for each service is the Service Coordinator (see our contacts page).

The Community Service Manager (CSM) is ultimately responsible for the implementation of a quality Person Centred Plan for each person attending Burke and Beyond. The CSM is also responsible for the smooth operation of our Day Services.

The Service Coordinators manage the day to day operations of their respective service. They organise the timetable and ensure that programs are delivered to the benefit of each of the participants.
