NDIS Plan Reviews
Helping families feel prepared, informed and supported
NDIS meetings can feel overwhelming, especially when families are trying to understand funding changes, gather evidence and explain what support is needed. Burke and Beyond can work alongside families to help them feel more prepared, confident and supported before, during and after NDIS planning, reassessment or review conversations.
Our role is to help families organise practical information, understand current supports, identify risks and explain support needs in clear, everyday language. We focus on what matters most: the participant’s goals, daily support needs, safety, independence, participation and family sustainability.
We can provide a template to assist in covering the information for preparing for planning meetings, outlining the current supports, additional supports that may be needed, the impacts of supports being withdrawn and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, while understanding their personal goals and how they can be supported to achieve them.
How Burke and Beyond can help
- Help families prepare for NDIS meetings with clear and practical information
- Support families to gather evidence, quotes and service details
- Assist families to explain current supports, outcomes and risks in plain language
- Help identify what supports are essential, flexible or may need to be adjusted
- Work with families to prepare questions and follow-up actions
Flexible support options
Every participant and family situation is different. Burke and Beyond is willing to be flexible and explore support options that are practical, safe, sustainable and aligned with the participant’s NDIS goals and available funding.
Examples of support options may include:
- Group programs
- Outreach and in home personal care and living sklls
- Community access, either in a group or individualised
- Skill-building activities
- Short-term increased support
- Respite-style support
- Employment support
- Individualised support planning
Our approach
We aim to provide support that is respectful, practical and person-centred. We work with families to understand what is already working, where there are gaps, and what may need to change so supports remain meaningful and sustainable.
While no provider can guarantee NDIS funding outcomes, Burke and Beyond can help families present clear information about disability-related needs, goals, evidence and risks so that planning conversations are as informed as possible.
