He has extensive experience in business management, facilitating setting of company strategy, delivering business improvement through Project, Change & HR management & monitoring performance against the strategic plan. Joe has worked for and delivered successful outcomes in global organisations Toyota and BHP and also consulted in workforce strategy and organisational development activities.

Joe has served as a Board member on a range of NFP Boards in Community Services and Education and also has experience in a senior management role in a disability services organisation.

Joe has Engineering and Accounting qualifications (CPA) and an MBA.
