Kathy Sacca

Kathy’s current role as the Director of Learning & Development APAC & Global Enabling Functions at CSL, provides countless opportunities to support and develop employees across regional and global locations.  Kathy is also a Board Member (Secretary) at Burke & Beyond – a disability service provider. Her academic background is in Finance and Psychological & Behavioural Science. 

Kathy has undertaken numerous roles throughout her career within the Finance sector, Engineering sector, FMCG and now Biotech Industry.  Certified in Executive Coaching (specialising in Professional Development), Strategic Business Acumen, Learning & Development,  and Public Speaking has enabled a diverse career path building breadth of skill & knowledge.

Kathy also has a strong passion for diversity, equity & inclusion, as well as a focus on community involvement which includes; Mentoring & Coaching of underprivileged, unemployed women to develop self-confidence and interviewing techniques,

Kathy thoroughly enjoys all her activities from both a work and personal perspective, whilst maintaining a balance in fitness, ensuring quality time with her family.
