CEO of the Leila Rose Foundation that offers support and guidance to families when faced with the painful reality that little may be known about the rare cancer affecting their child.

CEO of The Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation which is the largest community foundation in Australia. The LMCF provides philanthropic opportunities and pathways for donors who wish to make a contribution to the health and wellbeing of their community, distributing millions of dollars in grants to over 300 community organisations every year.

CEO of the Alannah and Madeline Foundation that was created in honour of the two young girls who died at the Port Arthur tragedy and taking the lead in transforming the AMF into a national charity protecting children from violence and its devastating effects.

Executive General Manager in Telstra and building up the largest internet operations group in the Southern Hemisphere through the time where the internet effectively came of age across the globe.

Andy holds qualifications in Electronic Engineering from RMIT and Occupational Hazard Management at the University of Ballarat.
